Annette Weaver – Office Manager/ Accounts

Annette is the Office Manager/Medical Biller at Alpine Sports Medicine. She brings 13 years of experience in the medical field with expertise in insurance billing and office management. She was the Patients Business Supervisor for Elko General Hospital. While there she attended many seminars in insurance billing and management. In 2000 she moved to Las Vegas and worked for several UMC trauma surgeons as their Patient Accounts Supervisor. While there she received training in medical coding, primarily in general surgery. Born in Marquette, Michigan and moved to Elko in 1981. Graduated from Elko High School in 1984. Worked for Newmont Gold Company for five years. She left the mining industry and pursued an education in Business and Office Administration. Graduated from Northern Nevada Community College in 1993 Magna Cum Laude. In 2002 she returned to Elko where she enjoys being around family and raising her two sons Garrett and Seth.

Cami Freese, RT(R) - X-Ray Technologists, RT(R)

Cami has a Associates degree of Applied Radiologic Science and is a Registered Radiologic Technologist with American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Cami has been a resident of Elko County for 15 years, working in Orthopaedics for the greater part of those years. She has been with Alpine Sports Medicine for 9 years. She enjoys gardening and other outdoor activities. Cami is friendly and has as an excellent rapport with her patients.
Jill Kukowski - Receptionist/ Medical Records

Jill has been in office administration for 4 years. is a long time resident of Elko County. Jill has experience in Rental Management Administration, and in Customer Service. She is the mother of two. Jill enjoys creating "custom floral arrangements", family time, attending sports events and vacationing in Alaska. Jill is friendly, outgoing and extremely creative!
Vickie Gillespie, R.O.T. - Registered Orthopaedic Technician

Vickie is a registered Orthopaedic Technician with the American Society of Orthopaedic Professionals (ASOP). Vickie has been in the medical profession for 3 years. Previously, she held the position of Executive Director of the Carlin Senior Citizen's Center where she acquired her Specialization in Geriatric Education. Vickie was raised in Battle Mountain and has been a resident of Elko County for 17 years. She is the mother of five and loves football. Vickie enjoys patient care and customer service. She is definitely a people person!
